That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our exciting partnership with Garsington Opera, a cornerstone of British culture. Together, we’ll bring bold, sustainable, and innovative dining to this iconic festival, set in the stunning Getty family estate at Wormsley, starting in May 2025.

From elegant afternoon teas and vibrant picnic hampers to exquisite fine dining and creative canapés, Payne & Gunter will curate diverse menus for the event. Every dish will celebrate the best of local, seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients, reflecting the beauty and richness of British produce. 

Our partnership with Garsington Opera also marks the launch of our exciting collaboration with Will Devlin, acclaimed chef and sustainability champion behind Kent’s Michelin Green Star restaurant, The Small Holding. Will’s farm-to-fork philosophy will shine in exclusive menus, featuring produce from his one-acre farm and local Wormsley suppliers. Expect fresh, nuanced flavours and a true connection between land and table.

This collaboration with Garsington Opera seamlessly blends heritage and innovation. With a long-standing reputation for quintessential British hospitality, Payne & Gunter has delivered bespoke dining at iconic events like The BRIT Awards, Wimbledon, and BST Hyde Park.
